Bid for Brian J. Slavin Pool Renovation

The Town of Yorktown is issuing a bid for the renovation of the Brian J. Slavin Aquatic Center Pool.

1. Option 1 (PTD. Concrete)
2. Option 2A (Precast)
3. Option 2B (Stone)
4. Option 3 (Stainless)
- Additional work on wading pool and activity pool finishes with similar options for replacement.

Period of Performance
The contractor is expected to commence work on or before a date specified in the written 'Notice to Proceed' from the Town.
The project must be fully completed within 240 consecutive days from that start date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Brian J. Slavin Aquatic Center located at Shrub Oak Park, 3800 Sunnyside Street, Shrub Oak, NY.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check amounting to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
Additionally, contractors must be registered with NYSDOL as required by Labor Law Section 220-i before commencing work on this public project.
