Architectural/Engineering On-Call Consulting Services For Engineering Related Studies

Background
The Town of Hempstead, New York, through its Department of Engineering, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Architectural/Engineering On-Call Consulting Services for Engineering Related Studies.
This initiative aims to engage licensed companies that can deliver these services on an on-call basis for a two-year period, subject to Town Board approval.

Work Details
The selected firms will provide Engineering Related Study Services, which may include but are not limited to:
1. Providing engineering-related study services with approved billing rates and utilizing an approved multiplier; total costs must not exceed amounts authorized by the Commissioner.
2. At the request of the Commissioner, providing any other consulting services deemed beneficial for the Town under this on-call contract.
Firms must be prepared to respond with appropriate technical staff within 48 hours of a request.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a two-year period from the date the contract is executed.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in unincorporated areas within the Town of Hempstead, specifically in Nassau County.
