This Project consists of Upgrade and Replacement of the Building Fire Alarm System, including local smoke/carbon monoxide alarms in dwelling units, and Upgrades to the Emergency Lighting in Building 179, Building 179 (Commercial), Building 183, Building 187, Building 189, and Building 191. Background
The NYC Department of Design and Construction is issuing this contract for the upgrade and replacement of the fire alarm system at the Jennie Clarke Residence, which consists of five residential buildings.
