Pest Control for Southern Nevada

Background
The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Administration's State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide pest control services for multiple locations in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The goal is to maintain safe and presentable grounds at state properties for employees and visitors. B&G will administer and monitor the contract, with invoicing directed to them.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive pest control services including inspection, flushing, application, baiting, trapping, monitoring, and cleanup of debris at all state properties.
Services must cover both interior and exterior areas and include treatment for various pests such as cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, rodents, and more.
The contractor must notify B&G 48 hours prior to any treatment and conduct work outside normal business hours.
All chemicals used must be EPA approved, and the contractor must submit a list of these chemicals along with Safety Data Sheets within ten working days after signing the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to last for four years, starting approximately on October 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various state-owned buildings located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered at nevadaepro.com to respond to the solicitation.
They must hold a valid Nevada business license and have an active entity registration in sam.gov prior to contract award.
Additionally, contractors' employees performing work must be licensed by the State and undergo background checks.
