Web Management & SEO Services for NMSU Global Campus

Background
New Mexico State University (NMSU) is the state's land-grant university, established under the Constitution of the State of New Mexico. NMSU serves the educational needs of New Mexico's diverse population through comprehensive programs of education, research, extension education, and public service.

The university comprises a statewide system providing learning opportunities to all citizens through cooperative extension offices in 33 counties, 13 research centers, and various campuses. NMSU is a NASA Space Grant College and a Hispanic-Serving Institution with an enrollment exceeding 25,000 students. The goal of this contract is to procure Web Management and SEO services for the NMSU Global Campus.

Work Details
The contractor will provide web management and SEO services including but not limited to: optimizing website content for search engines, managing website updates and maintenance, ensuring compliance with web standards, enhancing user experience on the NMSU Global Campus website, conducting keyword research and analysis, implementing SEO best practices, monitoring website performance metrics, and providing regular reports on SEO effectiveness.

Specific tasks may include developing content strategies that align with educational goals, improving site navigation for better accessibility, and integrating analytics tools to track user engagement.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be for one year with an option for NMSU to renew annually for an additional three years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at New Mexico State University's Global Campus locations.
