Vanguard Flatbed Printer

Background
The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA), specifically the Museum of Natural History and Science (MNHS), seeks to establish a price agreement for the purchase, installation, and training on a Vanguard Flatbed Printer VR5D-5 Series. This initiative aims to enhance the museum's operational capabilities by integrating advanced printing technology at their Albuquerque location.

Work Details
The contract includes the following deliverables:

1) Purchase of a Vanguard Flatbed Printer VR5D-5 Series;

2) Installation of the printer at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science;

3) On-site training provided by a certified Vanguard representative, lasting a minimum of two days. This training will cover operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and long-term shutdown procedures;

4) The printer package must include a Vanguard Personal Computer with specified hardware requirements (Intel Core i5-13400 CPU, 32GB RAM, SSD storage), along with Onyx – Thrive 111 VDPS edition RIP software pre-installed;

5) Five Dual Channel Ricoh Gen 5 Printheads and two sets of UV solvent/VOC Free Inks;

6) A starter kit containing flush and wipes;

7) All items must be new and unused, with no refurbished products allowed. Bidders are required to submit pricing as one item for the entire package including warranty coverage for one year against manufacturer defects.

Period of Performance
The term of this agreement is for one year from the date of award, with an option to extend for up to three additional years on a year-to-year basis, not exceeding four years in total.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science located at 1801 Mountain Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must ensure that all goods delivered under this price agreement meet the specified requirements. Delivery is required to be FOB destination with all shipping costs included in bid prices. No additional shipping or freight charges will be allowed.
