Taos Landscaping Services

Background
The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking proposals for landscaping services at the UNM Taos Campus. The goal of this contract is to maintain and enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the campus grounds, aligning with the university's mission to provide a welcoming environment for students and visitors.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a range of landscaping services, which may include but are not limited to:

- Lawn maintenance
- Planting and maintaining flower beds
- Tree trimming
- Weed control
- Irrigation system management
- Seasonal clean-up

Detailed specifications can be found in the Scope of Work document attached to the solicitation. A site visit can be arranged upon request to better understand the specific needs of the campus.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed in accordance with 13-1-150, NMSA, 1978, as amended. Specific time frames for performance will be outlined in the final agreement.

The services will be performed at the UNM Taos Campus located in Taos, New Mexico.
