Higher Education Executive Search Firm

Background
New Mexico State University (NMSU) is the state's land-grant university, established under the Constitution of the State of New Mexico, and governed by a five-member Board of Regents. NMSU serves the educational needs of New Mexico's diverse population through comprehensive programs of education, research, extension education, and public service.

The university comprises a statewide system providing learning opportunities to all citizens through cooperative extension offices in 33 counties, 13 research centers, and multiple campuses. NMSU is a NASA Space Grant College and a Hispanic-Serving Institution with an enrollment exceeding 25,000 students. The goal of this contract is to engage an executive search firm to assist in identifying qualified candidates for leadership positions within the university.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide executive search services for higher education leadership positions at NMSU. This includes but is not limited to conducting comprehensive searches for candidates, developing recruitment strategies, screening applicants, and facilitating interviews with potential candidates.

The contractor will be expected to deliver a list of qualified candidates who meet the specific requirements outlined by NMSU for each position. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations throughout the process.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last until the successful placement of candidates for the specified positions or as otherwise determined by NMSU.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at New Mexico State University campuses located in Las Cruces and other designated locations as required.
