Background
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a State-Wide Price Agreement through competitive proposals for a Turn Key Program.
This program aims to transition the State of New Mexico's (SONM) vehicles to a Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Fleet by procuring leased vehicles as ZEVs and planning and installing new Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations.

Work Details
The contract includes the following key components:
1. Procurement of leased vehicles that meet ZEV standards.
2. Planning and installation of new EV charging stations across the state.
The program is designed to facilitate the transition of SONM's vehicle fleet to environmentally friendly options, ensuring compliance with state sustainability goals.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until the completion of the transition program, with specific timelines for vehicle procurement and installation of EV stations to be determined during the proposal process.

Place of Performance
The services and products will be delivered throughout the State of New Mexico.
