AV Equipment and Services

Background
The State of New Mexico intends to participate in NASPO-ValuePoint RFP Solicitation # 2025-0200-0044.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified offerors to provide AV Equipment and Services for all Participating States.
The objective is to obtain best value and achieve more favorable pricing due to the collective volume of potential purchases by various state and local government entities.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of a wide range of AV Equipment and Services, including but not limited to:
- Video Equipment and Accessories (including tapes)
- Video Capturing Devices connected to computers or networks
- Video Cassettes, Disks, Tapes for computer and TV
- Amplifiers (not TV antenna) including differential, linear, pulse, video processing, etc.
- Audio Equipment and Accessories such as microphones, mixers, and amplifiers
- Digital Video Disk (DVD) television combinations
- Teleconference Systems including audio/video systems with video on demand capabilities
- Various types of video camera recorders and their accessories (both digital type and portable type)
- Video lighting units, monitors, projectors, players, and systems for studio quality production.

Period of Performance
The solicitation is open from December 11, 2024 at 8:00 AM MST until January 10, 2025 at 4:00 PM MST.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided for all Participating States under the NASPO framework.
