25-350-24-0003 - Architect/Engineer Services for the DPS Albuquerque Metropolitan Complex

Background
The New Mexico Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking Architect/Engineer services for the Albuquerque Metropolitan Complex.
The goal of this contract is to provide professional architectural and engineering services to support the development and improvement of facilities within the Albuquerque area, aligning with the agency's mission to enhance public safety through effective infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive architectural and engineering services, which include but are not limited to:
- Professional architectural design services (Commodity Code 90607)
- Architectural design for buildings (Commodity Code 90610)
- General construction oversight related to architectural projects (Commodity Code 90638).
The contractor must ensure that all designs comply with local regulations and standards, and incorporate sustainable practices where applicable.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until project completion, with a close date for proposals set for October 17, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at various locations as designated by the Department of Public Safety.
