Financial Consulting Services For The City Of Trenton Dept Of Administration

Background
The City of Trenton, Department of Administration, is soliciting sealed Request for Proposals for Financial Consulting Services through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. for a period of one (1) year from the date of award.

Work Details
The scope of services includes serving as custodian of all public funds, assisting in preparing the annual budget, maintaining and monitoring separate accounts for all budgeted appropriations and anticipated revenue, preparing year-end reports of all revenues and expenditures, developing and implementing a system of internal controls to safeguard assets, preparing monthly reports, assisting in developing fiscal policy, ensuring compliance with all statutes, rules, regulations, and directives pertaining to financial administration.

Period of Performance
The contract is for a period of one (1) year from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Trenton's Department of Administration.
