Night Vision Goggles and Accessories

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for the supply of night vision goggles and accessories.
The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to fulfill the needs of the State of New Hampshire as outlined in this solicitation.

Work Details
The contract will include the following items:
- 4 units of Elbit TSO F4949, AN/AVS-9 night vision goggles with white phosphor, unlimited FOM, Class B lens, auto-gated, Pinnacle;
- 4 rugged ANVIS mounts;
- 4 clip-on power sources (A3260911);
- 4 units for 180-day NVG inspection;
- 4 NBG maintenance records and logbooks.
The goggles come with a kit that includes GEN III Pinnacle image intensifier tubes, a soft carrying case, lens paper, neck cord, low profile battery pack, and operator's manual.
All items must comply with ITAR Category XII (c)(1)(i).

Period of Performance
Delivery of all items is required within 60 days after receipt of the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to David Linares at NH State Police, located at 33 Hazen Dr, Concord, NH 03301.
