NHARNG Center Strafford Building 12 Interior Renovation

Background
The NHARNG Center Strafford Building 12 Interior Renovation project is initiated by the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services of New Hampshire. The goal of this contract is to renovate the interior of Building 12 located at the NH Army National Guard Training Site in Center Strafford, NH. This renovation aims to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the facility to better serve its purpose.

Work Details
The scope of services for this project includes comprehensive interior renovations as detailed in Attachment 3 – Exhibit B. Specific tasks may involve demolition, construction, installation of new fixtures, painting, flooring, and other related activities necessary for the renovation.

All work must be performed between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., unless otherwise arranged with the State. The contractor must ensure that all personnel are qualified and familiar with the products and equipment used during the renovation.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon approval from the Governor and Council and is expected to run through November 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the NH Army National Guard Training Site located at 19 Austin Cate Dr., Center Strafford, NH 03815.
