Murray Field Billboard Advertising

Background
The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is seeking to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the use of the Robert Murray Memorial Field Billboard located at 63 Amherst Street for advertising purposes. The contract award will be for three years, subject to the City’s discretion, commencing on or about July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City's best interest.

Work Details
The winning bidder will lease the billboard for a period of 3 years and pay for signage production and installation. The billboard is an LED lighted billboard located on the back panel of the scoreboard at Murray Field baseball diamond on Amherst Street. The bidder must ensure that only displays of a high-quality standard with regard to artwork and advertising content will be shown.
The bidder must ensure that advertisements comply with the Division of Public Works Advertising Guidelines and Procedures.
The successful bidder will be required to perform complete billboard servicing as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year period, commencing on or about July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2027.

The geographic location for performance is at the Robert Murray Memorial Field Billboard located at 63 Amherst Street.
