Maintenance service for air compressors
Background
The State of New Hampshire, through the Department of Safety, Division of Fire Standards & Training and Emergency Medical Services, is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a maintenance service contract for air compressors. The goal is to ensure that the compressors are maintained in accordance with specified standards and to support the agency's operational needs. The contract will be effective upon approval by the Governor and Council and will last approximately three years, ending on June 30, 2028.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following maintenance services:

A. Annual service for the motor and compressor for the Scott Compressor located at the North Country Training Facility in Bethlehem, New Hampshire.

B. Biannual services for the motor and compressor for the Scott Compressor located at the NH Fire Academy in Concord, New Hampshire.

C. Biannual services for the Bauer Compressor (B29-MVT35H-E3, MACI VERTICUS, 35 CFM, 30 HP) located at the NH Fire Academy in Concord, New Hampshire.

D. Quarterly air samples drawn and tested for all three compressors at their respective locations.

Additionally, there will be a parts list price markup discount for incidental repairs on these compressors and associated Revolve Air fill stations/cascade systems:
- 2 Revolve Air fill station/cascade systems
- 1 Revolve Air fill station cascade system located in Rescue 1
- 2 Revolve Air fill stations/cascade systems associated with items A & B.

All services/repairs must utilize official manufacturers' equipment parts/filters/fluid and comply with applicable NFPA/OSHA standards.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon Governor & Council approval and will end on June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at two locations: North Country Training Facility in Bethlehem, New Hampshire, and NH Fire Academy in Concord, New Hampshire.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application and Alternate W-9 Form on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. Bidders must also be currently registered to do business with the NH Secretary of State and in good standing. The successful vendor must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with coverage amounts of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
