Gasification Series Outdoor Wood Boiler

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for a Gasification Series Outdoor Wood Boiler. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified items, ensuring compliance with the requirements outlined in the bid invitation.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying one (1) unit of the 7400E Crown Royal Stoves Pristine Gasification Series Outdoor Wood Boiler. The vendor must ensure that the product meets or exceeds all required specifications as written.

The successful vendor is responsible for warranty coverage for a period of not less than one year from the date the items are received and accepted by the State. The vendor must also provide material safety data sheets with delivery as required by RSA 277-A, the 'Worker’s Right to Know Act.'

Period of Performance
Delivery of the items is required within 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is NH Dept. of Transportation, Patrol Shed 525, 123 West Road, Canterbury, NH 03224.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award.

The successful vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and provide proof of compliance when requested.
