Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid for the removal and installation of boiler systems at the Portsmouth Circuit Courthouse. The goal of this contract is to ensure the courthouse has efficient heating systems that meet current standards and requirements.

Work Details
The contract involves the removal of existing boilers and installation of two new high-efficiency, gas-fired boiler systems at the Portsmouth Circuit Courthouse located at 111 Parrott Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801. Acceptable manufacturers include Lochinvar Corporation (FTX Series), Aerco Corporation (Benchmark Series), and Cleaver-Brooks (ClearFire CE Series).

The vendor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for the completion of this project. A lump sum total for all labor and materials must be included in the bid, which also covers start-up and required training at each courthouse as defined in the attached drawings and specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on May 23, 2025, or upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later. The contract will run through September 30, 2025, with an option for extension under the same terms for up to an additional three months.
