Contract: Embroidery And Screen-Printing Services

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for embroidery and screen-printing services. The goal is to establish a contract that will supply and deliver these services to the State of New Hampshire, ensuring compliance with the specifications outlined in the bid invitation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform embroidery and screen-printing services. Deliveries must adhere to specified timeframes and conditions, including providing material safety data sheets for products covered by RSA 277-A.

The contractor is responsible for packaging and palletizing orders according to industry standards. All orders must be inspected by state personnel upon delivery. The vendor must resolve discrepancies within five business days and handle returns due to quality issues without additional charges.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on January 1, 2026, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later. It will continue through December 31, 2031. There is an option to extend the contract for an additional two years under the same terms upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations as designated by the State of New Hampshire.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as state vendors. Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Vendors are required to submit proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to contract award. Additionally, any employee or subcontractor accessing state records must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
