Work Details
The contract involves the supply and installation of various Automated Dispensing Units (ADUs) across multiple locations, including:
- Secure Psychiatric Unit: 2+ Drawer Countertop unit
- NH State Prison for Men (NHSPM) Medication Dispensing Room: 6+ Drawer Floor Unit with Auxiliary Narrow Tower Unit
- NHSPM Health Services Center: 6+ Drawer Floor Unit with Auxiliary Narrow Tower Unit
- Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility (NNHCF): 6+ Drawer Floor Unit with Auxiliary Narrow Tower Unit
- New Hampshire Correctional Facility for Women (NHCFW): 6+ Drawer Floor Unit with Auxiliary Narrow Tower Unit
- NHSPM Pharmacy: Controlled Substance Floor Unit

The ADU system must include software with comprehensive logging/audit capabilities, support integration with existing health record systems, and ensure robust security features such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Single Sign-On (SSO). Additionally, the vendor must provide ongoing maintenance, technical support, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining expected service quality.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and continue until all products are delivered, installed, and accepted by the State. Specific timelines for delivery and installation will be determined based on the awarded vendor's proposal.
