Conference Room Upgrades & Audio Video Redesign

Background
The City of Laconia, New Hampshire, is seeking proposals for services related to Conference Room Upgrades and Audio Video Redesign. This project aims to enhance the functionality and usability of the conference room for council meetings and presentations.

Work Details
The contractor/vendor will be responsible for the design, construction, installation, and integration of audio/video equipment and new furniture. Key objectives include:

- Layout and design development with new tables/desks for councilors provided by the City.
- Installation of three (3) TVs in the center of the room, including a portable cart and HDMI duplicators to connect a total of five (5) TVs.
- Moving existing equipment to a wall-mounted AV cabinet with remote powering.
- Upgrading cameras to replace BNC connections with Ethernet cables; currently four 720p PTZ cameras are in use.
- Adding two new speakers outside the room and one wireless lavalier microphone.
- Ensuring compatibility with USB drives for presenters' files and facilitating streaming to YouTube and hosting Zoom meetings using devices like the Blackmagic ATEM mini pro.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until completion, with proposals due by 2:00 PM on February 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at City Hall located at 45 Beacon Street East, Laconia, NH 03246.
