Background
The North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) is a comprehensive, associate degree-granting college founded in 1903. NDSCS aims to deliver learner-focused education through innovative strategies, responding to regional needs with access to various programs.

The college seeks to redesign and develop its public website (www.ndscs.edu) and the Alumni website (www.ndscsalumni.com). Additionally, it aims to create an Intranet for internal use to enhance user engagement and attract prospective students.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide the following services:
1. Redesign and migrate the NDSCS website (ndscs.edu) using an Open Source CMS, preferably Drupal or a similar alternative.
2. Redesign and migrate the Alumni website (ndscsalumni.com).
3. Create an Intranet site (intranet.ndscs.edu) for internal communication.
4. Ensure the new designs are responsive across devices and meet accessibility standards.
5. Migrate approximately 1,600 pages from the main site and 190 pages from the alumni site, including media files and documents.
6. Provide ongoing technical support and training for staff on the new CMS.

Period of Performance
The initial term of this contract shall be effective for one year, with annual renewal options up to a total of ten years, contingent upon mutual agreement and performance reviews.

The initial development must be completed by August 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Most work will be conducted off-campus; however, on-campus meetings may be required during the development phase.
