University of North Dakota Center for Family Medicine Operable Partition Replacement Project

Background
The University of North Dakota (UND) is seeking to replace existing operable partition panels that are failing at the Bismarck UND Family Medicine Center. This project aims to enhance the functionality and safety of the facility by addressing the issues with the current partitions.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services and products:

1. Installation of new wall panels measuring 34' x 9', with a quantity of 1 lump sum (LS).
2. Installation of new wall panels measuring 25' x 9', with a quantity of 2 each (EA).

Both installations include the wall panels and their installation.
3. Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing walls, with a quantity of 1 lump sum (LS).

All work must be completed by June 17, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be performed from the date of award until June 17, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Bismarck UND Family Medicine Center located in Bismarck, North Dakota.
