Website and Email Marketing Software with Event Management Integration for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge

Background
The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) is seeking a new technology partner to provide an online software solution that integrates with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge. The goal is to enhance their website hosting, email marketing, event management, and digital engagement services due to current limitations with the existing Blackbaud NetCommunity platform.

The department of University Advancement (UA) aims to address software shortcomings and service interruptions before the current contract ends on July 31, 2025.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide an online software solution that includes:
1. Website hosting capabilities for alumni and giving websites.
2. Comprehensive email marketing functionalities.
3. Event management tools for registration and engagement.
4. Robust digital engagement services including dynamic content delivery and user experience customization.
5. Integration with payment processors such as Stripe or Cybersource.
6. Automated bi-directional data flow with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.
7. An intuitive website platform that allows for ease of use without requiring extensive coding knowledge.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year, with options to renew annually for up to four additional years, starting from the date of a fully implemented solution, expected by June 20, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, specifically addressing the needs of the University Advancement department.
