Water Heater Replacement at North Carolina State Lab of Public Health

Background
The North Carolina Department of Administration, Facility Management Division (FMD) is responsible for providing a safe and healthful work environment for employees and the public in a cost-effective manner. The mission is to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance of state facilities. The solicitation aims to contract with a qualified Vendor to replace a water heater at the North Carolina State Lab of Public Health in Raleigh, NC.

Work Details
The Vendor is required to deliver and install a water heater at the North Carolina State Lab of Public Health in Raleigh, NC within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. The Vendor must provide complete descriptive literature, specifications, certifications, and all other pertinent data necessary for thorough evaluation of the item(s) offered.
Additionally, the Vendor shall provide at least three (3) references for which their company has supplied the exact model of equipment offered.

Period of Performance
The delivery should be made within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.
