Background
The City of Winston-Salem is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Utilities Information Systems (I.S.) Support Services.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the city's utilities management through specialized support services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive support services for the Utilities Information Systems, which may include but are not limited to:
- system maintenance
- troubleshooting
- user support
- software updates
- training for city staff on the utilities management systems.
Specific tasks may involve ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and assisting with the integration of new technologies as they become available.

Period of Performance
