The goal of this contract is to establish a modern health department that will serve the community's health needs.

Work Details
The work includes all construction activities as specified in the project manual and shown on the drawings.

Bids will be received for Single-Prime, Lump Sum. Contractors must provide a performance bond and payment bond for 100% of the contract amount in their base bid. All contractors must be properly licensed under state laws governing their trades.
