Background

1. Research on Fayetteville Residents: Conduct demographic, psychographic, and behavioral research to inform campaign messaging through surveys, focus groups, and interviews.

2. Campaign/Concept Development: Develop at least two messaging concepts that align with Fayetteville's branding, presenting strategic insights and recommendations for implementation.

3. Content Design and Production: Create branded content including static ads, video ads (4-30 seconds, 3-60 seconds, 1-2 minutes), and radio scripts (8 total).

4. Placement of Content: Strategically place developed content across media outlets in Fayetteville, including securing radio slots and implementing digital ads on social media platforms.

Period of Performance
The contract period is for one year with an option for an additional one-year extension at the discretion of the MarComm Director and budget allocation from the Fayetteville City Council.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
