Retaining Wall Repair and Restoration at Fred Fletcher Park

Background
The City of Raleigh, North Carolina, through its Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department, is seeking a contractor for the Fred Fletcher Park Retaining Wall Repair project. The project aims to restore a collapsed retaining wall and enhance the park's infrastructure, aligning with the city's mission to maintain and improve public parks for community use.

Work Details
The scope of work includes repairing an approximately 30-foot-long section of a collapsed retaining wall and installing a cap atop the wall at a set of steps. Additionally, ancillary work will be conducted at the Amphitheater within Fred Fletcher Park located at 820 Clay St, Raleigh, NC 27605. Period of Performance
The entire project must be completed within twenty-one (21) consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
