Background
The Town of Cary, located in North Carolina, is seeking bids for the construction of a Maintenance Facility with Solar for the South Cary Water Reclamation Facility. Work Details
The contract involves the new construction of a 7,900 square foot pre-engineered metal building system. The scope includes:
- Associated footings and concrete slab on grade
- Exterior wall assembly
- Standing seam metal roof systems
- Doors, frames, and hardware
- Insulated translucent fiberglass sandwich panels
- Overhead doors
- Solar photovoltaic (PV) panels mounted to the roof.

Interior spaces will consist of:
- Seven storage bays
- A welding area
- An office space
- A toilet room.
