Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one BOY 40-ton or less industrial-type injection molding machine with specific capabilities:

- Temperature control and monitoring
- Hydraulic part ejector
- 230V 3-phase power (preferred)
- Safety interlocks for operator protection
- Manual chute for adding plastic media
- Dimensions fitting within an 8' x 3' space with a maximum height of 80 inches

The machine must meet UL certification standards or equivalent safety standards. Additionally, the vendor must provide one mold approved by Haywood Community College, on-site training post-installation, an operator manual, service annuals, and schematics. Delivery is required to be FOB Destination at 23 Hendrix Street, Waynesville, NC 28786 by August 1, 2024.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until the delivery and installation of the injection molding machine are completed by August 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Haywood Community College located at 23 Hendrix Street, Waynesville, NC 28786.
