Pickleball Court Conversion and Tennis Court Resurfacing Project

Background
The Winston-Salem Recreation & Parks department is seeking bids for the resurfacing and conversion of three tennis courts to eight pickleball courts at Old Town Community Center, three tennis courts to eight pickleball courts at Little Creek Recreation Center, and resurfacing of three tennis courts at Griffith Park. The project aims to enhance recreational facilities and promote active lifestyles within the community.

Work Details
This project includes the resurfacing and conversion of three (3) tennis courts to eight (8) pickleball courts at Old Town Community Center, resurfacing and conversion of three (3) tennis courts to eight (8) pickleball courts at Little Creek Recreation Center, and resurfacing only of three (3) tennis courts at Griffith Park.

Period of Performance
Bids will be received until 3:00 PM on August 8, 2024.
The end of the question period is 3:00 PM on July 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Old Town Community Center, Little Creek Recreation Center, and Griffith Park in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
