On-Call Fence Repair for Winston-Salem Recreation & Parks

Background
The City of Winston-Salem's Recreation & Parks department is seeking to establish a Service Maintenance contract for On-Call Fence Repair.
The goal of this contract is to ensure timely and efficient repairs to fences within the city's parks and recreational areas, enhancing safety and aesthetics.
This is a renewable annual contract.

Work Details
The contractor will provide on-call fence repair services as needed for the City of Winston-Salem's Recreation & Parks department.
Specific tasks may include but are not limited to: repairing damaged sections of fencing, replacing broken or missing components, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the overall integrity of park fencing.
The contractor must be prepared to respond promptly to service requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed on an as-needed basis throughout the year, with proposals being received until 12:00 PM on November 15, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the City of Winston-Salem's parks and recreational areas.
