The City of Raleigh Department of Transportation's Transit Division, hereafter referred to as simply the City of Raleigh, is seeking one or more consultants to assist in designing and facilitating Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) initiatives.
Background
The City of Raleigh, through its Department of Transportation's Transit Division, is seeking one or more consultants to assist in designing and facilitating Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) initiatives. The City aims to enhance the skills and effectiveness of its workforce, focusing on environmental, cultural, and economic sustainability.

This initiative aligns with the City's mission to improve the quality of life for its citizens and promote local business growth.

Work Details
The selected consultant(s) will provide a range of professional services including:
- Designing and facilitating training classes focused on leadership development.
- Implementing individual, team, and group assessments.
- Developing and implementing personal development plans for individual leaders.
- Supporting strategic leadership competencies such as professionalism, personal management, staff effectiveness, organizational development, business coaching, strategic planning, communication skills, conflict management, relationship building, emotional intelligence assessments, diversity equity & inclusion initiatives, and sound decision-making.

The total contract length is three years with a maximum of 350 hours of service per year. Consultants are expected to be onsite for certain services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of three years starting from the effective date upon signing by the City. There is an option for two additional one-year renewals at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed within the City of Raleigh.
