Lead Gooseneck and Galvanized Water Service Replacement - Addendum 3

Background
The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is issuing this contract for the Lead Gooseneck and Galvanized Water Service Lateral Replacement project. Bidders must be licensed contractors under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes with an Unlimited limitation and a classification in Public Utility. A bid bond of 5% of the total bid amount is required, along with an Affidavit and Certification of Non-Collusion, Non-Suspension, and Non-Conviction. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate good faith efforts to meet NC MBE/WBE participation goals of 10% combined, with specific EPA goals for MBE at 10.9% and WBE at 10.4%. All bidders must register for official bid documents to be considered.
