Janitorial Services for Division 6 Compound in Fayetteville, NC

Background
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking to obtain pricing and select a qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for the Division 6 Compound located in Fayetteville, NC.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the state building is properly cleaned and supplied through an all-inclusive janitorial service and major maintenance, which includes necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies. This solicitation aims to award an Agency Specific Term Contract.

Work Details
The contract will include comprehensive janitorial services such as daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming; waste removal; window cleaning; and periodic deep cleaning services.

Major maintenance tasks may also be included as needed. Vendors must have experience providing similar services in facilities with a minimum of 30,400 square feet and must provide at least three references for similar services.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be three years, starting on the first of the month following the final execution of the contract.

The state reserves the right to extend the contract with the vendor's concurrence after the last active term.

The services will be performed at the Division 6 Compound located at 558 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
