Janitorial Services Contract for County Buildings

Background
Cumberland County is soliciting proposals for Janitorial Services for the Cumberland County Child Support Enforcement Building, Wellness Clinic, Winding Creek building, and Solid Waste building. The Contractor shall provide all labor and transportation and shall perform all cleaning and coordinating in connection with accomplishment of Janitorial Services at the specified locations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor and transportation and shall perform all cleaning and coordinating in connection with accomplishment of Janitorial Services at the CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICE located at 109 BRADFORD AVENUE, FAYETTEVILLE, NC 28301 – 59,780 SQUARE FEET; EMPLOYEE WELLNESS CLINIC located at 221 BRADFORD AVE, FAYETTEVILLE, NC 28301 – 4,996 SQUARE FEET; WINDING CREEK BUILDING located at 707 EXECUTIVE PL, FAYETTEVILLE, NC 28305 – 6,161 SQUARE FEET; SOLID WASTE BUILDING located at 698 ANN ST, FAYETTEVILLE, NC 28301 – 1,500 SQUARE FEET. Cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies will be provided by the Contractor.

Period of Performance
Proposals will be received until July 24th, 2024.

The janitorial services will be performed at specific locations in Fayetteville, NC: CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICE located at 109 BRADFORD AVENUE; EMPLOYEE WELLNESS CLINIC located at 221 BRADFORD AVE; WINDING CREEK BUILDING located at 707 EXECUTIVE PL; SOLID WASTE BUILDING located at 698 ANN ST.
