Grounds Maintenance Services for NC Air National Guard in Charlotte, NC

Background
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NCDPS) is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide grounds maintenance services for the NC Air National Guard located at 4930 Minuteman Way, Charlotte, NC 28208.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a complete and efficient lawn maintenance service that includes all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to maintain the appearance and health of the contracted lawn and landscaping areas. A mandatory site visit will be conducted to identify all areas to be serviced.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive lawn maintenance services including but not limited to: mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, weed control, pest management, and debris removal.

All services must ensure that the grounds are maintained in a presentable condition throughout the contract period. Specific tasks will be outlined during the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be one year from the date of final contract execution. The State has the option to renew the contract for up to two additional one-year terms at its discretion.

The services will be performed at the NC Air National Guard facility located at 4930 Minuteman Way, Charlotte, NC 28208.
