Furniture Procurement for Kenan-Flagler Business School Renovation Project

Background
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals for furniture procurement and installation services for the Kenan-Flagler Business School's new Bell Hall.
This project aims to modernize the learning environment and accommodate a larger student body in various programs, including Undergraduate Business, MBA, and PhD programs.
The facility will include classrooms, meeting spaces, and collaborative areas, enhancing the educational experience.

Work Details
The contract involves furnishing three main types of areas:
1) Office Suites, Meeting Rooms, and Study/Interview Rooms;
2) Classrooms;
3) Ancillary spaces such as Open Lounge, Dining, and Collaborative Work/Study Areas.
Vendors must provide detailed proposals that include furniture selection, configuration, installation, testing, and commissioning according to provided design documentation.
The vendor will also coordinate with the construction manager for delivery and installation logistics.
All installations must be completed by September 30, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to conclude with the completion of all installations by September 30, 2025.
A grand opening is planned for November 6-7, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Kenan-Flagler Business School located at 175 William Blythe Drive in Chapel Hill, NC.
