Fence Installation for New Tennis Courts at Porter Ridge High School

Background
Union County Public Schools (UCPS) is seeking quotes for the installation of a new fence at the tennis courts of Porter Ridge High School. The goal of this project is to enhance the safety and functionality of the school’s athletic facilities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a turn-key project that includes:

1. Removal of existing fence and posts, with disposal off-site.
2. Installation of new fencing consisting of:
- 2 ½” Black Line Posts, 40 weight, finished height 10’.
- 3” Black corner posts, 40 weight, finished height 10’.
- 1 5/8” Black top rail, 40 weight.
- 9-gauge core Black coated fabric with a finished height of 10’ and maximum weave opening of 1 ¾”.
- 9-gauge core Black coated wire ties.
- 7-gauge Black coated bottom wire.
- All new gates in the same locations as existing.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed following the bid acceptance, with specific timelines to be determined post-award.

The work will be performed at Porter Ridge High School located at 2839 Ridge Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079.
