Background
The Falls of Neuse Road Bridge Repair Project is a construction project in the City of Raleigh, directed by the Department of Transportation Manager or Designee. The City of Raleigh encourages and provides equal opportunity for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) to participate in all aspects of the City’s contracting and procurement. The MWBE participation aspirational goal is at least fifteen percent (15%) of the total contract amount to MWBEs on construction projects of $300,000 or more and building related contracts of $100,000 or more that include any State funding.
