Designer Services for McNair Hall Roof Replacement at NC A&T State University

Background
North Carolina A&T State University, located at 1601 E. Market Street, is seeking proposals from licensed Architects/Designers to provide roofing design services for McNair Hall.
This building, which opened in 1987 and serves as the College of Engineering, has a total area of 94,396 sq. ft.
The current roofing system consists of rock and SBS modified bitumen membrane.

Work Details
The contractor will provide architectural and engineering services specifically for the design of a new roofing system for McNair Hall.
The project budget is set at $713,052.
Proposals must include a physical submission of no more than 20 pages (front and back) excluding the SF330 form, along with one electronic copy.
Proposals should be directed to James Shell, Project Manager at NC A&T University.

Period of Performance
The closing date for proposal submissions is January 2, 2025.
