Background
The City of Raleigh, the capital of North Carolina, is one of the fastest growing areas in the country, known for its strong economy and educational institutions.
The City aims to enhance quality of life through innovative practices and community engagement.
The Department of Transportation is seeking a consultant to assist in Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) initiatives, focusing on developing leadership skills among its employees.

Work Details
The consultant will provide a range of services including:
- Designing and facilitating training classes for leadership development.
- Implementing individual, team, and group assessments.
- Developing and implementing personal development plans for leaders.
- Facilitating executive coaching sessions.
- Conducting 360-degree leadership surveys and interpreting results.
- Creating annual organization-wide climate surveys with analysis and reporting.
- Reporting on the progress and effectiveness of L&OD programs annually.
- Ensuring all work is performed onsite unless otherwise agreed upon.
Requirements include experience in leadership development initiatives, professional coaching certification, experience with psychometric assessments (e.g., Myers-Briggs), and knowledge of competency improvement models.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of three years from the date of award, with options to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
All services are to be performed onsite at the City of Raleigh's Department of Transportation facilities.
