The NC Department of Public Safety - NC National Guard (NCNG) is seeking design services for the construction of a Regional Training Institute (RTI) pavilion at Fort Liberty.

The pavilion will serve as an outdoor classroom for the 139th Regiment Military Academy, aligning with the agency's mission to provide effective training facilities for military personnel.

The project involves designing a pavilion measuring 48 feet by 60 feet on a concrete pad, equipped with power, lighting, and water.

Investigative services are required to determine the optimal location for the pavilion at 4595 Butner Road, Fort Liberty, NC. This includes locating underground utilities and assessing elevation changes to assist in cost estimates and feasibility analyses for construction in three potential areas.

The design must adhere to various state and federal guidelines including the NC State Construction Manual and Army Regulations.

Period of Performance
The initial design phase is fully funded and will support 100% design through Construction Documents (CD).

Bidding, construction administration, and project closeout are contingent upon receiving federal funding.
