Construction Services for RTI Pavilion at Fort Liberty

Background
The NC Department of Public Safety - NC National Guard (NCNG) is issuing this solicitation for the design and construction of a Regional Training Institute (RTI) pavilion at Fort Liberty.
The pavilion aims to serve as an outdoor classroom for training at the 139th Regiment Military Academy.
This federally funded project will adhere to both State and Federal guidelines, ensuring compliance with various construction standards.

Work Details
The project involves designing a pavilion measuring 48 feet by 60 feet on a concrete pad equipped with power, lighting, and water.
Key requirements include:
- Electrical outlets
- Lighting fixtures
- Trash receptacles
- Modular outdoor seating and storage options for classroom use.
Additionally, investigative services are required to determine the best location for the pavilion at 4595 Butner Road, Fort Liberty, NC.
These services will include:
- Locating underground utilities
- Assessing elevation changes
- Providing assistance for cost estimates and feasibility analyses in three potential areas for construction.
The design must comply with multiple references including the NC State Construction Manual and Army Regulations.

Period of Performance
The initial design phase is fully funded and will support 100% Design through Construction Documents (CD).
The timeline for bidding, construction administration, and closeout is contingent upon the receipt of Federal funding.

The contract will be performed at Fort Liberty, located at 4595 Butner Road, Fort Liberty, NC.
