Construction Contract for Frazier Farm Park Development

Background
The Town of Rolesville is seeking proposals for the construction of Frazier Farm Park as prescribed in the bid package. The project is titled Frazier Farm and will be a single prime contract. The Town of Rolesville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Work Details
The project involves the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the construction of Frazier Farm Park as prescribed in the bid package. The bids will be received for a single prime contract only, and all proposals shall be lump sum.

Period of Performance
Bids will be received by the Town of Rolesville until July 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held onsite at 11624 Louisburg Road Rolesville, NC 27571 on June 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time.
Digital copies of the complete plans and specifications for this project may be obtained from The John R. McAdams Company, Inc. beginning on June 06, 2024.
Questions or clarifications on the bid package will be received up to 5:00 PM on July 12, 2024.

Place of Performance
The construction work will take place at Frazier Farm Park in Rolesville, North Carolina.
