Background
Wake Technical Community College (WTCC) is the largest community college in North Carolina, serving over 74,000 students annually. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers for Assessment Management (AMS) and Course Evaluation software and maintenance. These solutions aim to enhance faculty understanding of student learning needs through feedback, assisting in course development and evaluation of teaching effectiveness.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing a comprehensive Assessment Management and Course Evaluation software solution that includes:

- A secure, cloud-based platform for assessment management and course evaluations.
- Support for multiple assessment types including formative, summative, and diagnostic assessments.
- Customizable course evaluation forms tailored to different programs and courses.
- Real-time reporting and analytics tools for assessment results and course evaluations.
- Compliance with educational standards such as FERPA, HIPAA, and ADA.
- Integration capabilities with existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) used at WTCC, specifically Blackboard Ultra.
- User training and ongoing technical support for faculty and staff.
- Secure storage and retrieval of assessment data, along with automated notifications regarding deadlines.
- Tools for peer review and collaborative assessment among faculty members.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of three (3) years from the effective date as provided in the Notice of Award, with an option for WTCC to extend the agreement at its discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Wake Technical Community College located in North Carolina.
