Architectural Firm Needed for Sam Billings Center Systems Replacement and Courtyard Modifications

Background
Mecklenburg County, North Carolina is seeking Statement-of-Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural firms for professional services to provide design, procurement, and construction administration (CA) services for system replacements and exterior courtyard modifications at the Sam Billings Center. The selected firm must be licensed in North Carolina and have experience with the replacement of HVAC, HVAC Controls, Camera/Intrusion Alarm and Duress/Card Access systems, Elevator modernizations, and exterior courtyard modifications in existing buildings.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing design, procurement, and CA services for new HVAC, HVAC controls, Camera system, Intrusion Alarm and Duress system, Card Access system, creation of an IT Closet, Elevator Modernization, and Exterior Courtyard Modifications at the Sam Billings Center.

Period of Performance
Submittals must be received by May 9, 2024, at 2:00 pm.

Place of Performance
The project will take place at the Sam Billings Center in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
