SOR Data Reporting Tool

Background
The State of Montana, through the State Procurement Bureau and on behalf of the Department of Public Health and Human Services, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure services for the SOR Data Reporting Tool.
The goal of this contract is to enhance data reporting capabilities related to substance use and mental health services, aligning with the agency's mission to improve public health outcomes.

Work Details
The selected Offeror will provide comprehensive services for the SOR Data Reporting Tool. This includes:
- Development and implementation of a data reporting tool that meets the specifications outlined in the RFP.
- Ensuring compliance with all mandatory requirements as detailed in the Questions section, Group 1 - Mandatory Requirements.
- Providing project management services as part of computing services, including data center services and records management.
- Addressing specific health-related service needs, particularly in mental health and addiction treatment areas.
- Delivering a total project cost as a lump sum, with detailed budget proposals required.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until project completion, with specific timelines determined based on project milestones outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily within the State of Montana, with potential requirements for remote collaboration depending on the nature of the work.
