Scheduling Software

Background
The State of Montana, through its State Procurement Bureau and on behalf of the Department of Corrections, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) scheduling solution.

The goal of this contract is to enhance scheduling capabilities within the Department of Corrections, ensuring efficient management and allocation of resources.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a COTS SaaS scheduling solution that meets the needs outlined in the RFP. This includes compliance with all instructions and procedures specified in the solicitation.

Offerors must address all items in the attached Scope of Services document and Offeror Qualifications document, which detail the specific requirements and qualifications necessary for the proposal. The proposal must also include a lump sum total cost that aligns with the cost proposal submitted by the offeror.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all deliverables are met as per the terms outlined in the RFP.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Montana, specifically for use by the Department of Corrections.
